The FXB Center’s Fetal and Infant Mortality Review (FIMR) HIV & Congenital Syphilis Methodology Program has released an updated edition of its Pregnancy & HIV: A Guide for You and Your Baby brochure.
This resource provides current guidance for people with HIV who are planning a pregnancy, are pregnant, or are in the postpartum period. It includes practical information on caring for both yourself and your baby, infant feeding options, and available sources of support.
The brochure is based primarily on the HIV Perinatal Treatment Guidelines and incorporates input from pregnant people with HIV to ensure the information is relevant and responsive to their experiences.
