Harm Reduction Health

This program provides nursing care at harm reduction centers, including health education, harm reduction counseling, sexually transmitted infection (STI) screening and treatment, wound care, naloxone training and distribution, and linkage to additional healthcare services. Additionally, the program offers comprehensive support to sites that also provide mental health care and low-threshold buprenorphine (LTB) treatment. For additional information, visit njhrh.org.
