Strengthening the capacity of health care systems

Build capacity of health care systems by facilitating innovative approaches to care through collaborations with a wide variety of experts and stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps, guide the transformation to new models of care delivery, and improve quality measures for those served. For example, the FXB Center engages in educational resource development, clinical preceptorships, skills building workshops, continuing professional education and certification, and technical assistance and consultation to Ryan White funded HIV clinics in their efforts to become patient-centered medical homes.
